Initial estimates are based on these data. However, estimating the cost of pressure washing a given surface is not cut-and-dry: there are variances which must be taken into account for both the physical condition (state of repair) of the surface, as well as the level of soiling it has experienced. The above chart has been put together with information readily available on the internet, which aims to estimate how long it will take to clean a given surface of a given square footage. Whereas this chart is the tool we use when quoting a dollar amount on our estimates, it is not a perfect tool, and by engaging the services of Clear Difference Pressure Washing, you acknowledge that the final amount you will be billed is likely to be slightly different from the amount quoted, based on the nuance and variability inherent to our work.
As a show of our commitment to fair pricing, we will not charge in excess of 1.5 times the original quoted price to clean a given surface, no matter how long it actually takes. In real terms, what this means is that if we quote you 2 hours to clean the siding of your home, and it ends up taking us 4 hours, you will only be charged for 3 hours. If it takes us 6 hours and you were quoted for 2? Same story: you only pay for the 3 hours allowed by our policies.
Our services are priced at a flat rate of $55/hour per Service Profesional.
This rate does not include travel-to and setup times of less than 30 minutes, respectively. Longer travel-to and setup times can usually be foreseen and agreed upon prior to work beginning.
This rate does include cleanup time. (usually no more than 30 minutes)
Some services (read: surfaces) take longer than others, and are subsequently more expensive, but the rate itself is fixed.
Of the $55/hour charged for our services, $30/hour is paid to your Service Professional, and $25/hour is retained by the company to cover expenses and generate a modest profit.
A minimum of $55 (1 hour) is charged for all services, regardless of duration.
